Return Policy

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving a specific reason.
The cancellation of the order must be requested no later than 14 working days from receipt of the product or from the moment in which a named third party, which is not a courier, takes possession of the supplied product.
In order to exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of the decision in a clear statement.

We will issue the refund within 21 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and no refund fees will be charged.

CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN

In order for the products to be eligible for return please make sure that:
- The products have been purchased no more than 14 days prior
- The products are still in their original packaging
- The products are returned in their original conditions without any aesthetic or functional damages
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products supplied according to specific requests or customization.
- Supplied products considered non-returnable by nature, like products that tend to deteriorate quickly or expired.
- Supplied products considered non-returnable for hygienic and sanitary reasons, opened after delivery.
- Products supplied which, after delivery, by nature, cannot be splitted from others.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the return conditions above at our own discretion.
Returned products
You are responsible for the cost and risk for the returning of the products. The cost of the return shipment will be refunded only in cases where the product is originally damaged and after prior verification of the defect.

We cannot be held responsible for the returned products that are lost or damaged during shipment. Therefore, we suggest using a trackable and secure shipping method. We are not able to issue a refund without having received the products or proof of shipment of the products in question.

Please note: All of the orders processed via cash on delivery will be refunded via bank transfer. No cash refunds are allowed.
Gifts
If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card worth the same amount of money spent on the product received.
After the reception of the returned product, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the products have not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the buyer of the gift has received these products directly, we will send a refund directly to the buyer.
